BFCC Analysis Methodology

  • Questionnaire. You fill out a questionnaire (15 min)

  • Telephone interview. We interview you to learn more about your business (30 Min.)

  • Data.  We collect basic, non-confidential information on your metrics (30 min.)

  • Comparison.  We analyze your performance against other top-100 mortgage originators. (3 hours)

  • Analysis.  A 3-member board meets and discusses the subject company’s lead flow strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and proposed pathways to success. (2-hours)

  • Reporting. A synopsis of the findings is compiled into an Executive Overview. (2 hours)
